IDEAS

Alrighty then..How is it that someone who has never blogged before can tell me that I suck at blogging....TRACEE!!! Tracee was so kind to tell me that I wasn't very good at blogging. I should apologize because we are rather boring. As it turns out I don't think I like the computer very much. Maybe because I'm in front of it all day at work. I have no pictures just because I never remember to take a picture of anything. We do plan on taking a "last vacation" in September sometime, as it will be our last one for awhile. We wanna do something relaxing like Big Bear Lake or San Diego. Something affordable though. We only get about 4 days, and can't really go far since I will be in my third trimester at that point. We just bought the paint for Alyssa's room, and are excited to get started. I invited Trace over so she could help, she told me she would as long as she didn't have to tape anything. I hear ya. We'll make Jesse do all the taping. We wanna do Alyssa's room in all things Disney, but everywhere either has Winnie the Pooh or Mickey. We want ALL THINGS DISNEY in her room. When we get started next week I'll update the blog with our efforts at the nursery. I wish I could afford to pay someone to do a mural for me! Let me know if any of you have any fun vacay ideas within a 4-5 hour drive, and where I can find cute Disney stuff for a baby's nursery. I will try and blog next week! Peace. :)

Baby Girl

Okay, so maybe a new computer will help me with the blogging. Seriously, it took only a few seconds for me to upload the above images! Exciting for me, especially when our old one, I could pour a Dr Pepper, wait for it to get cold, and enjoy almost the whole can before 2 or 3 pictures would be uploaded. So, yes, I am excited! Anyway, the thing that we are most excited about lately, is the news that we are having a baby girl! The pic on the top left is a 3d image of her. If you look, you can see the heart shaped image is her head where the skull hasn't closed yet completely. She is resting with her arms around her head like a sit up, which is the same position I was in during the ultra sound which I thought was so cute! We have been fighting over names for the little girl, and are almost settled on one. I wanted to name her Sadie, and Jesse wants to name her Aliya. We want to use my mom's middle name of Lorraine. They also pushed my due date back a few days. It was due on the 18th of November, but now is due on my sister Tracee's birthday of the 21st. The right image is of her feet. I was examining this one trying to see if she had toes like mine. My mom always says that I could communicate in sign language with my toes. :) Not really, Robby...maybe... me, no. They're long, but not that long. The bottom left image is just her profile shot. I couldn't believe how big she was getting. Seeing her again, and that she actually has grown has made this a little more real for me. Sometimes it's hard to think that something is growing inside of me. But, I'm getting used to it. They said she was about 8 ounces right now, which I assume is good, right? Jesse seems really excited, and keeps saying that she's gonna love her daddy. She will. He'll spoil her. I can't wait, and will keep everyone up to date on more news to come!

Cedar City

Adventure Dome

So, a few weeks ago we took Coley Moley to the adventure dome for his birthday. It was a lot of fun watching those two run around like dorks together. That place was so empty! Jesse and Cole rode the bumper cars, but no one else was there so they just drove around and around all by themselves, and didn't get to bump anything. Jesse had to drive b/c Cole is not tall enough to drive himself. Fun, eh? Tell me one thing...walking around the dome you are not allowed to smoke, but apparently one woman thought she was above the employees b/c after being told repeatedly by different employees to put out the cigarette she continued to puff on her cigarette. Wouldn't you think that you would've called security in? Isn't this a law? It is a NON SMOKING area! That was the only irritation for me that day. Even though it did suck a little to not go on the rides with the boys...

Confessions

My heavens! I have never had more complaints than when I don't update my blog! I am not very good at this stuff, and it makes it worse when I have been feeling like poo the past 5 or 6 weeks. I am starting to feel better now, but tomorrow could always be a different story. For those of you who don't know, we are expecting our first little addition to our Johnson crew on November 16th. We will know in a month or so if it is a little girl or a little boy. We are so excited to be parents, and hope to be good ones! So, today on Mother's Day I should wish all you Mothers a great day today. I hope that you are being pampered! Jesse has been really good lately since I've been sick. He's been taking care of the cleaning and cooking. Even though I can hardly eat at all sometimes. I am starting to get my appetite back though. And just to help ease my sistas minds, I am eating healthy and not trying to "hefer size" myself! :) I will try to keep up with the blog as long as my sickness permits! Word.
